Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, and must be requested after the item has been delivered.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with tags (if any) and packaging intact
- Accompanied by your order number and reason for return
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship across Egypt.
All items are produced and dispatched within 5–8 business days, with an allowance of up to 2 extra days in case of supply or logistics delays. You'll receive a tracking code once your order is on its way.
